By downloading, installing, or using the mmomento app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

mmomento is a mobile application that allows users to capture photos and videos while automatically identifying music playing in their environment. Users can save, organize, and share these "music moments."

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create through the Service, including photos, videos, and captions. By using the Service, you grant mmomento a limited license to:

• Store and back up your content in the cloud.
• Display your content on shared web links that you create.
• Process your content to provide the Service (e.g., generating thumbnails).

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Upload content that infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Use the Service to distribute spam or malware.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

6. Music Recognition

The music recognition feature uses third-party services (Apple ShazamKit and ACRCloud). Music identification results are provided "as is" and may not always be accurate. mmomento does not provide access to full music tracks — only metadata and short preview clips where available.

7. Shared Content

When you share a moment, it becomes publicly accessible via a unique web link. You are responsible for the content you share. You can delete shared moments at any time, which will remove the public link.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mmomento shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
